Description

The universe of Inborn Errors of Immunity is expanding at a fast pace. Currently, there are more than 550 Inborn errors of Immunity and more than 500 disease causing genes. There have been recent advances in human immunology and in IEI. However, there are challenges in IEI ranging from interpretations of genetic variants to global access to care for IEI and challenges in HSCT and availability of gene therapy and gene editing for IEI.  Furthermore, there are major developments in our understanding of the role of intrinsic and innate immunity in defense against microbes, especially viruses. Novel inborn errors of innate and intrinsic immunity have been discovered, which is the theme of the 20th International symposium.  Leading experts from all over the globe will be discussing these areas at the 20th International Symposium on IEI to be held on the -1st November 2025 at VEA Newport Beach, Newport Beach, California.

We invite you and your colleagues, fellows, and students to attend.  Space is limited to 100 participants. Therefore, early registration is encouraged. Deadline for registration is September 1

A small number of abstracts will be accepted for oral presentation.

Sincerely,

Jean-Laurent Casanova, Sudhir Gupta, Luigi Notarangelo
