21st Annual International Symposium on Inborn Errors of Immunity
Immunity by Gene Selection and Design
The 21st International Conference on Inborn Errors of Immunity with main theme Immunity by Gene Selection and Design brings together leading scientists from around the world to advance the understanding and management of these complex and rare disorders. As the field continues to evolve rapidly, driven by breakthroughs in genetics, molecular biology, and targeted therapies, this conference provides a vital platform for sharing cutting-edge discoveries and clinical innovations. The main focus of the conference is on phentype expansion and disease association, non-coding variants and regulatory elements, disorders of Immunometabolism and signaling pathway disorders, and therapeutic advances I gene therapy, gene editing, thymus transplant, targeted biologics and small molecules
Participants will have the opportunity to engage with internationally renowned experts, explore emerging diagnostic tools, and discuss novel therapeutic strategies that are transforming patient care. The program will feature William E Paul award for Excellence in Immunology and Cell Biology by Diane Mathis, and Thpmas Waldmann Award foe Excellence in Human Immunology by Helen Su.
Abstracts for oral presentation are invited.
It is our pleasure to warmly invite you to join us for this important gathering of the global immunology community.
Leading experts from all over the globe will be discussing these areas at the 21st International Symposium on IEI to be held on 2-4 October 2026 at VEA Newport Beach, Newport Beach, California.
A small number of abstracts will be accepted for oral presentation.
Sincerely,
Jean-Laurent Casanova, Sudhir Gupta, Luigi Notarangelo
